Notes from Visar

Visar, our superintendent, has asked that the building be aware of several items related to safety:

• In order for the fire doors to fully protect us fire doors must be fully closed on each floor, if you notice a fire door partly open, please close it
• •Housekeepers and other shareholder employees must be masked at all times when in building common spaces
• •Please limit the laundry room to 1 person at a time. Don’t stay and fold clothes there, in and out to allow others access …
• •Please take any item that is too large for the garbage room bins to the basement. The rooms are getting blocked up with large items
• •We will need to place fire evacuation notices in each apartment in order to comply with the new regulations. Signage will be available shortly.
• •Visar’s work hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. He is off Sunday and Monday. Hazir covers on Visar’s days off.
