Service Shutdowns and an apology

Recently, water service was shutdown to allow outside plumbers to perform repair work in the building. Although notice was given ahead of the shutdown, specifying the time water would be unavailable, the water was shut off ahead of schedule. The Board, Visar and Greenthal apologize to any shareholders who were inconvenienced by the early shut-off. We understand that some of you may not have had an opportunity to fill reserve containers or may have been in mid-shower/bath when the water stopped and for that we are very sorry. We have investigated the reason the water was prematurely shut-off and have been assured that it won’t happen again. If contractors come to the building early, they will simply be required to wait until the previously scheduled shut off time to begin their work.
