To All Shareholders,
The Board is pleased to announce some exciting building updates.
Effective February 1st, Rudy Davis will become our full-time Superintendent. For over a decade, Rudy has been a trusted member of our staff and we are very pleased to have him expand his role. Please join us in congratulating and supporting Rudy. We also want to thank the entire 411 E57th staff for their help during this transition.
The Board has also completed its review of our financials and approved our Operating Budget for the year ending January 31, 2023. While we are projecting a very modest deficit, there will be no maintenance increase in 2022.
